We possess a great network of the best factories in Albania, providing production capacities of around 2 million pairs of finished shoes of different kinds per year, such as: Hand-stitched shoes, Strobel shoes, Ago shoes EFA Solution aims to provide qualitative products to the clients. To achieve our aim, we have built our own factory, Prodyn sh.p.k., employing a professionally trained workforce of 1000+, ensuring timely fulfilment of production quality in agreed quantities. Apart of its own factory, EFA Solution has further developed its network of factories in Albania. Our current capacities are more than 2 million of finished shoes per year.
We produce currently for 5 of the best German clients. Our products are sold to consumers all over Europe and North America.
Our factory, Prodyn has been certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 in 2018.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs)
EFA Solution is producer of gowns for Health Service Care workers. We have capacities of 50.000 pieces/day with potential to double it in short time. The production process is organized as per SOP standards, within the ISO 9001 frame, ISO 13485. OPersonal Protective Equipment (PPEs)

The production process is organized as per SOP standards, within the ISO 9001 frame, ISO 13485. Our focus is to produce strictly controlled products, taking special care for each step of the process: controlled and transparent supply chain, storage, production and assuring quality check for each piece we produce and pack. The quality of our products has been key for us to supply customers within EU market.
This product has passed following tests:
Physical Properties
• Tensile Strength (wet & dry)
• Bursting Strength (wet & dry)
• Water Permeability
Microbiological tests
• Microbial Cleanliness (Bioburden)
• Bacterial Penetration (wet & dry)
Test results are evaluated according to EN 14126:2004 and EN 13795-1:2019 Standard Performance Properties. Based on results of these tests and other standards applied, our product is marked with CE conformity certificate.

We keep our focus on continuous improvements not only in production but at all levels. To this end we organized a 2-day workshop for staff-members and leaders at the beginning of April. The objective of this workshop was to see where we could improve in leadership and cooperation between us. Good leadership and cooperation mean that we have no misunderstandings and we can take timely action when something is going goes wrong. That will make our company better, more client-oriented and we have less discussions internally.
